Licking County Housing, Inc. is a non-profit (501c3) low income housing developer located in Newark, Ohio. Founded in 1999 by a group of caring community members, Licking County Housing, Inc. is dedicated to providing quality, affordable housing to low and moderate income families. Vacant properties in need of repair become beautiful, energy efficient, comfortable homes. These homes are then sold to income eligible buyers.
